Yesterday ...

Woke up at 7 to meet Roy they all at causeway,

Went Yishun and to Ngee Soon CC for ....

Basketball trainings .

Realised that I need more physical training ya ,

Run abit thn will start panting alr ..(Old already uh)

During training learnt some formation ,positions were allocated

(I played as shooting guard,which i think i REALLY NEED to improve my shooting)

and played a 5v5 match ..

Went for dessert after that .

laughed alot at the shop with them ,

AhKong keep making us laugh :D

Went home after that .

Bathed and went out again ....

Go find Weimeng and Roy to accompany them to cut their hair .

Went to mouse after that , 1 word dulannnnnn ! Haha .

Basketball after that ,

realised that the formation we learnt really has its uses :D

But ...... some guy pushed me and i fell knocked against Roy ,

my specs made a scratch to my face and it bled .

Went home and sleepppp .

Yesterday was supposed to wake up early to go for training ,

And we won the woodlands ring guys , finally !

That was really a good game ! Happy~

Wanted to play dodge ball but someone didnt want to play with us .

After that played frisbee with some strangers (:

Thn played another round with our own ,

Played volleyball after that , Yaye i love my diving to save the ball .

Changed and KFC-ed , thn went home .

While on the bus ..... My leg cramp ,wah i dont know what to do ,

I stood up suddenly to straighten my legs ,

Which thn i gave myself intensive training and shooting ,

What i can say is , I NEED TO IMPROVE ...

Arms aching from pumpings ,

Legs aching from jumping ,

Hands with scratches due to someone not cutting their fingernails ,

feel like vomitting ,

and no mood to go sentosa tml ...
